Hey everyone,
I need some help with choosing a software solution.
Working in musical theater i have a major problem with my console ending up being covered with paper scripts during the show.
What i am trying to do is create either a PDF or JPG of the script and then have that on a touchscreen in front of the console with a foot switch to change the pages.
The thing i need help with is what software to use because i want to be able to 'write' (read draw with stylus) on the script/screen during rehearsals and then have that saved to the file.
from memory you cant draw in acrobat pro.
I'm on a mac but i also have windoze so i can use either but would prefer a mac solution.
I know there are all ready available solutions in the form of digital music stands but they are >$1200 and i can get a touch screen for <$300.
Thanks for you help in advanced.
Tom

Powerpoint.
Insert the pages on each slide and during "presentation mode", wiggle the mouse for the icon in the lower right corner to appear and use the pen option.
Choose your color, thickness and even a highlighter, saveable at the end of the presentaion.
Tap the touch screen to progress to the next slide.
