Renard,
I don't think that many outside Italy have heard it. The product was on the Sennheiser stand at PLASA (UK) this year. I couldn't find anybody who knew anything about it! My understanding is that it is a phased array/beam steering speaker.

I got a demo of some of it at Plasa. Very good first impressions, what seemed like an astonishing amount of sound for the physical size of the boxes. I'd hope at some point to be able to run an A/B demo against more conventional boxes, perhaps in a larger space, and see how they perform under those kind of conditions.
Given the physical footprint, I can see a lot of potential for these in venues that are concerned about aesthetics. Churches, hotels, museums etc. I expect that it's going to be a premium priced product but there is definitely a niche that it can fill.
I'm not aware of any beam steering capabilities, although I might be wrong on that.

Variable vertical dispersion is mentioned, part of the way down the page. But if you read the manual, it tells you that you have to use inter-cabinet angles of 3 cabs to achieve the variable dispersion. Oh well!!

I haven't heard the big boxes yet, but I have heard the smaller ones -- impressive to say the least -- Sennheiser Canada was demo-ing them at MIAC this year.
It's worth hearing at least - I was certainly surprised.

I don't believe the smaller ones are the same technology, but I've only poked around their trade show booth.
