I may be wrong, but that doesn't seem to make much sense. Wouldn't that kind of change also make older NSI MPX consoles unusable with newer NSI MPX gear? That wouldn't seem to be the smartest thing for them to do. Anyone???

Hmm. Wonder if that's why some lightronics dimmers flash under NSI control but work fine under Lightronics or older NSI control. Have not seen that problem with the NSI dimmers so they must have a wider timing window. Cute Trick....

Up to around five years ago our
LMX and NSI's Microplex were compatible. Then they changed
somthing in the timing so our equipment would not work with
theirs. If the console is old it will probably work, if it is
new, it probably will not.
