I was looking at this light as opposed to an Elation Design Spot 250.
Has anyone actually used this light? If so do you feel that it is just as bright as the other 250W discharge lights as Martin claims?
I like the idea of a fanless, lower maintenance fixture. Thanks!

They are as bright as claimed. However, you don't have much in the way of effects. single gobo wheel and single color wheel, iirc. no effects, no iris, no zoom, no remote focus and its not much smaller than a mac250. Not a bad little fixture, but I'd rather go used than get one of these at retail.
